How does BuzzBuzz work?

BuzzBuzz provides you with a dedicated phone number that you program into your apartment buzzer system. When someone buzzes you, the call is forwarded to your personal phone or phones. Answer the call, speak to your visitor, and press any key to unlock the door.

Do I need special hardware?

If your building has a modern buzzer system that can call cell phones directly, you don't need any hardware. For traditional landline-only systems, you'll need our converter kit which you can rent or buy outright.

What's the difference between the plans?

Buzz Single forwards to just one phone number, perfect for individuals. Buzz Share can forward to up to five numbers simultaneously, ideal for roommates or families. Buzz Worker includes business features like hours-based call handling and custom greetings.

Can I cancel anytime?
